It’s a pleasure to meet you, and I’d like to share a little about myself.
I never set out to be a coach. My intention was to simply help and transform people and businesses. Over time, CEOs, directors, and leaders began reaching out saying, “Coach, I need your help with something.” What I thought were casual conversations turned into coaching moments—shaping careers, unlocking ideas, and opening new perspectives.
I’ve since embraced this as God’s calling on my life. I don’t often call myself a coach; rather, I see myself as a strategic thinking partner — a sounding board for leaders who want to achieve more in life, career, and business.
Whether in open spaces, boardrooms, one-on-one conversations, team events or large conferences, I create growth centered conversattions that inspire clarity, action, and transformation. Beyond my professional work, I am a wife, a mother, a pastor, a friend, and a leader with a deep passion for change, growth, and lasting success.
